High Efficiency Muffin And Cup Cake Depanner
An automatic plant for the production of oiled and paper cup products with different depanning modes, able to handle a medium –high production capacity.
1. Needle or suction or flip-over depanner is available according to the product type.
2. Rapid release tool system is equipped for a quick product-type change.
3. Depanning plates equipped with trolley for safe handling and storage.
Suction De-panner
By means of a pick-and-place principle, a vacuum head is positioned above pans; the (exchangeable) suction head picks up the product and then transfers it to the cooling conveyor and releases it.
Needle De-panner
By means of a pick-and-place principle, a head with needles is positioned above the baking trays. The needles are pushed into the product at an angle. They are then lifted from the trays and transferred to the cooling conveyor where the products are then released.
Flip-Over Depanner
The Turn-Over frame can grabs a number of pans (depending on the machine’s capacity) and turns them upside-down, the empty pans are put back on return conveyor and the products are received and put on the cooling belt. During this motion, the baked products are prevented from falling out.
Robot De-panner
By means of a pick-and-place principle, a Robot depanning head is positioned above pans; the depanning head picks up the product and then put them to the cooling conveyor.
The depanning head can be changed into suction type or needle type and push type.
