The Pan cleaning systems in all different sizes and concepts can be included in the baking line.
Working principle
The cleaning system is consist three parts: the pan rotator01, the air jet and the pan rotator 02.
When the pans are infeed to rotator 01, they are turned over by the rotator 01 gently then cleaned by the high speed air jet and turned over again by rotator 02. The speed is adjustable based on the whole production line speed.
Simplicity
The combination of gravity and air jet makes it easy to get the scrap off the pans.
Sanitation
The whole machine is designed following the sanitary principles. And it is important to clean off the scrap on the pans.
Safety
Multiple sensors ensure the pans are in position before entering the next motion which minimizes the chance of damaging the pans. Also the scrap catching pan underneath the conveyor allows workers to clean the scrap without stopping the line.
