The dry ingredients are fed, mixed, the coated cereals are dried and cooled down to ambient temperature to retain crispness.
The coated cereals are flatted and dried by steel band tunnel oven with low temperature, the oven length and width can be customized according the capacity to be needed.
After drying, the soft and expanded products are cooled down to become crisp and conveyed to vertical packaging machine.
