Features:

Combustible Gas Regulator

The baking chamber is heated by radiators (containing flue gases) both at the top and bottom of the baking deck. These can be adjusted via both zone as well as top and bottom heat.

Cyclothermic Technology

Ensures even baking using convection heat that generated and circulated via a gas or oil fueled combustion tower.

Features a large combustion chamber and gas circulator for consistent and rapid heat generation.

Durable Construction

The oven’s initial entry point and steam tubes are made of stainless steel. In addition, viewing ports, deviating and regulating rolls are reinforced.

The oven is also equipped with a large exhaust hood at both the entry and discharge points and feature integrated oven doors.

Programmable Controls

Innovative, programmable control system that enables you to have complete oversight of the production line. This includes belt automation.

Viewing Ports

Several reinforced viewing ports are installed throughout the entire span of the oven. These ports are constructed of insulated flaps, equipped with lighting.
