Auomatic Continous Dough Proofer Multi Step Proofer
Working principle:
Different pan types can be used can all be handled by the multi-step proofer. The pans are fed into the ascent tower and moved up stepwise, when the first pan has reached to the top level, the pans are moved over to the descend tower in the proofer, once a row is complete, they are lifted down with an L-shape carrier. This process is repeated until the first pan has reached the bottom level and leaves the proofing system.
The proofer is fully enclosed with an insulated housing and provided with temperature and humidity control.
