Description

Bakery Cooling Equipment Multi-Step Cooler

When product cooling can be done inside the baking pans,the Multi-Step Cooler is an excellent solution. After the pans are fed into the cooler, it is lifted up with an L-shape carrier. This process is repeated until the first pan has reached the top level. The pans are then moved over to the descending part of the cooler. Once a row is complete, they are lifted down with an L-shape carrier. This process is repeated until the first pan has reached the bottom level and leaves the cooling system.

● It is manufactured in accordance with HACCP requirements to ensure food safety. It enables food processing enterprises to successfully pass HACCP certification and obtain food export permits.

●PLC (programmable control) control, using Japanese MRON company products, human-computer interface. Fault detection, alarm information display, can be displayed in Chinese and English according to customer requirements, it also has an open network communication interface, which can establish communication connection with other control systems or host computer system.
