After molding line, the Chicken floss cakes are put into baking pan with mould and are transported into automatic lidding machine before tunnel oven, after baking, the automatic de-lidding machine take the lid off, the chicken floss cakes are taken out from pan by using flip-over depanner and cooled by spiral cooler before enter into packing machines. The empty pans return through the pan cooling tunnel to the dough positioning and panning machine. And enter into next cycle.
Baking effect is the key to producing the perfect bread. Saimai’s tunnel oven has independent temperature control in each zone to ensure that the product coming out of the oven has a uniform texture and color. The working parameters can be adjusted while machines are running, to further reduce stoppages. When running at steady state our ovens require no operator presence, and the efficient insulation system saves energy.
