2. The series are designed for high abrasion performance and high toughness values.

3. Hardness:more than HRC58.

4. Microstructure:Fine Martensite + Carbide + retained Austenite(≤6%).

High Cr Chute Liners for Mine Machinery

1. Hardness difference from surface to center is less than HRC2.

2. The Cr15 Chute Liners are designed for high abrasion performance.

3. Hardness:more than HRC58.

4. Surface of castings is free from burnt sand & smooth.

5. It is free from hard spot,visible injurious defects such as blow hole,porosity,shrinkage,cracks,cold-shlations.

6. Excellent wear performance:under same working condition,the wear property of High Chrome Jaw Plates is four times of that of high manganese steel plates and twice of that of low Chrome alloy steel plates.

In the recent 20 years,our liners have been widely used in large,medium and small ball mills in Chinese power generation,mining,cement,Chemical engineering and metallurgical industries and super fine pulverizing equipments.It is the only recommended liner product in the latest standard of the electric-power industry in China.
