About Sample

1) Usually we give samples in stock when we receive sample request from buyer

​2) It is possible If customer needs sample with their own logo and print.

​3) We can make item based on customer samples,and it is also our strength to develop new mold based on buyer's requirement.

​4) Sample time:we can send out existing sample immediately.For sample with client's logo and print it takes 2 weeks.For new mold another 2 weeks.

​5) Sample fee:Freight collect for all samples while stocked sample is free of charge.And item with customized logo and pattern USD150 each item,and new mold fee is around USD1200 it depends on product size and weight. Sample charges can be refund once order is placed.

How to use bamboo fiber items?

1. Recommended use temperature :-20°c -120°c.

​2. No direct use on fire or in steamer.

​3. Not use in microwave or oven.

​4. Dishwasher safe,but avoid using chlorine or chlorine based detergents or bleach.
