Product Description
We are factory which located in Heze city,Shandong province of China.

The equipement is a new and full computer control system, it is a high-speed production line, uses of advanced technology at home
and abroad. In the operation, the computer system monitoring the whole production.
It is mainly used for the forming, processing and automatic packaging of band-Aids, that is, for PE/PU/ non-woven fabric/elastic
cloth, absorbent pad, release paper and packing paper ect. Automatic stripping, pasting, compounding, cutting, forming and so on.
Can produce different sizes by change molds. Using the latest servo control technology, widely used world brand components, with
advanced technology, reasonable structure, reliable operation, easy to operate and so on.

This machine has the following advantages:
1-Instead of the low efficiency of band-aid equipments greatly, reduces amount of labour used.T he production speed is 0-2000
pieces/minute, the production speed as multiple of 5-7 compared with ordinary machine, only needs one operator.

2-The equipment can adjusted the medical pads to a right position automatically. The materials of hobs are powder high-speed
steel.The packaging of this machine is stainless steel. Composite, conform to GMP production requirements.

3-Change mold:
In order to improve the efficiency of changing the mold, the control program upgraded, multiple specification programs be written,
after the molds is changed, the original program can be transferred out, and normal production can be achieved, saving machine
testing time and greatly improving production efficiency.

4-The equipment is full servo tension control, the system automatically adjusts the output value according to the set value and
measured value by PI calculation to ensure that the actual tension reaches the set value. If tension control is unstable in
automatic control mode, the proportional integral parameters are automatically adjusted.

5-Configuration Assistant:Prevent rolling devices is uses of magnetic powder, along-with magnetic powder clutch, it can adjusted
tension automatically, can ensure the equipment running stability at the high speed.


6-Machine function:
6.1 PLC control system, automatic frequency control, electric eye monitoring.
6.2 Automatic telescopic correction, center controllable.
6.3 Various waste collection methods, customers can choose.
6.4 Multiple separate control buttons can be controlled separately.
6.5 The font size of the coding machine can be properly adjusted according to the needs, and easy to operate.
6.6 Material rack, adjustable up and down, moving around.
6.7 The electric control box is supported by the existing cantilever. It can be rotated 180°.
6.8 The external voltage is less than the human body voltage, and the equipment is simple to operate, easy to maintain and high
safety.
