Baodu Rock Wool Sandwich Panel for Warehouse and Workshop

Product Description

PU sealing rock wool sandwich panel takes usage of the excellent waterproof property of PU products, overcomes the shortcomings of rock wool easy to absorb water and deliquesce, effectively prolongs the service life of the products in physical properties. It combines the characteristics of PU and rock wool.
PU sealed rock wool sandwich panel is a high-quality energy-saving building board. It uses non-flammable rock wool as the core material, galvanized or galvanized color steel plate as the finish, and the two ends are sealed with PU and connected by professional adhesives. It integrates fire protection, heat insulation, sound insulation and beautiful decoration.
We adopt the new technology of rock wool 90 degree turnover to make the rock wool perpendicular to the steel plate, thus greatly improving the compressive strength. The new rock wool sandwich panel adopts PU edge sealing to ensure good air tightness and water tightness. The PU edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panel is the structural rock wool in the middle. The two sides of the panel are made of 50 mm wide PU insulation material, and it can also be made into a sandwich panel filled with rock wool.
