Stain for blood cell smear and vaginal secretion smear.

Sample requirement:

1. Blood cell smear staining: fresh whole blood or EDTA·K2 anticoagulant is required.

2. Vaginal secretions smear staining: after the fresh specimen leaves the animal body smear, it should be fixed with flame or alcohol as soon as possible to avoid cell deformation.

Interpretation of the test result:

The red blood cells are light red, the particles in the leukocyte plasma are clear, and show a variety of cell unique colors, the nucleus is purple red, and the nuclear chromatin structure is clear.
