3. How do you control quality?

• We have strict QA procedure in new product development, and trial production. We’ve got our own lab test.SGS/ TUV/ BV Lab Certificate application CE/UL.
• Next working procedure will check and confirm receipt of the previous working. The confirmation means they shall be fully responsible for what they are to deliver to the next procedure.
• Final QC check directly report to GM, attaching KPI to workshop managers.
• Quality track system led by after-sales Dept., attaching KPI to workshop managers.

4. Can you customize the product for me?

• Yes, we are very much willing to discuss customization. We believe good product is the premise of good sales.

5. Do you do OEM?

• Yes, we do. As manufacturer, we do a lot of OEM.

6. Can I put my own logo and package on the product?

• Yes, possible, but we require MOQ 15SETS per model. For color box, we must charge film cost and the MOQ is around 500-800PCS.

7. If I distribute Royalstar,what support can I get?
