Q3.Is the toilet seat to be contaminated?
A3.Our smart toilet seat adopts Nano silver anti-bacterial agent,and features inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,bacillus subtilis, candida albicans, sarcina lutea,purple rhodococcus and various other strains of bacteria.
Q4.Is it safe? Will it power leak?
A4.Designed to have power leakage protection,over-heating protection,dry heating prevention,thermal fuse, silicon control breakdown to close heating etc multiply protection to ensure the safety of user.
Q5.Can it be still used if the electricity fails?
A5.Automatic cleaning will not be availabe if the electricity is off,but our smart toilet has the manual flush function and it can be treated as ordinary toilet to use,please prepare the toilet paper.

A6.The raw materials of smart toilet are purchased globally,the key electronic parts (ceramic heating tube,infrared sensor,silicon control,main control panel etc)are all imported with international top brands,even all parts must undergo a rigorous inspection to ensure the product stable and reliable.

A7.All smart toilets on the market are inspected by China Quality Test Center, entirely conforming to the relevant quality,safety,performance,EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) etc verify standards,and obtained CE,CQC certificate.
