Automatic 18650 Battery Insulation Paper Sticker Cylindrical Cell Terminal Paper Padding Sticking


cylindrical battery laminating machine is an automatic equipment for pasting barley insulating paper on cylindrical battery. This machine is controlled by PLC, using the mechanical structure of stepper motor and reducer to realize the function of electric core barley paper. The number of finished cylindrical cells is about 4,000 per hour. The equipment comes with pre-inspection station (optional), the special mechanical design greatly avoids the deviation of the sticker position, improves the stability of the equipment and the consistency of the product.
