Product Specification:

Nickel sheets need to be bumped for welding. Double-sided automatic welding, high efficiency. Welding needle replacement forecast reminder, the welding head adopts water-cooling circulation to dissipate heat, which can effectively reduce the welding needle loss and improve the welding effect. Self-contained welding current monitoring system, which can monitor welding current, with rosin joint alarm function, can monitor welding in real time.

Working process
The double-sided automatic spot welding machine consists of working power supply, working platform, servo motor, operating system and so on.
Manually put the cell into the fixture, place the nickel sheet; push it into the automation platform, and then set the relevant
parameters, array, etc., the welding work can be realized.
