Description

The finished battery pack comprehensive general testing machine is used for quickly and accurately test the performance of the finished battery pack. The main test items are: open circuit voltage, AC internal resistance, discharge test, discharge overcurrent test, short circuit protection test, charge test, charge protection test, resistance test .
The system uses a 32-bit ARM processor, voltage and current uses a 16-bit AD converter. Compared with similar equipment, the test speed is faster and the test accuracy is high. It supports simultaneous operation of abortion equipment. It is widely used in the production and scientific research experiment testing of power battery packs such as automotive electronics, aerospace, ships, solar energy storage, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, backup power batteries, communication power supplies, etc.

This project is localed in Inda, Gurgaon. The client was founded in 1994, have more than 400 staffs and 10000+ square factory.

They bought 2 full of battery pack assembly line from us, includes sorting machine, welding machine, sticking machine, charge and discharge machine…
We have sent 3 engineers to client site for machine installation and training in year of 2019. The training taked about one week. After the training, the client engineers are learned how to operation the machines in a smooth and high efficiency way. They made high-quality products by our machines.
We had a nice journey in India.
