Product Operation


Filling the whole box of batteries → Motor rotation → The cylinder pushes the battery out of a belt to transport the battery → The battery is pushed out → The battery enters the conveyor belt - the stopper cylinder is released → The screw drives the cylinder battery to form a team → The battery is full of 4 screw rods to move the battery → Cylinder presses down → Battery moves to the position where highland barley paper is attached → Cylinder repositions the battery > Stepper motor attaches highland barley paper → Scrap recycling → Finished battery goes to the feeding chute → Cylinder moves the battery -> The manipulator grabs after the battery is full 5 Batteries → 10-level sorting manual -> After the battery is full 5, the robot grabs the battery → 10-level sorting manual boxing. The sorting parameters can be freely set by the user and are divided into 10 gears.
