8000A Battery Pack Welding Machine Inverter Gantry Spot Welder With Transistor Power Source


This kind battery spot welder is mainly used for 18650, 26650, 32650 cylindrical battery, NI-MH battery(nickel-metal hydride battery), Nickel cadmium battery and EV Lithium battery pack Ni tab welding.

The equipment includes power source, welding controller and intermediate frequency transformer. It adopts modular design, selects imported components and is equipped with the company's advanced microcomputer controller, and cooperates with 2 sets of analog/digital conversion circuits to change the power supply voltage. Temperature changes are automatically controlled to maintain a stable output.
