Brief Introduction

The STC-ASF-20 compact hydraulic crimping machine is used for all types of coin cell cases crimping, such as CR2032, CR2450, etc. CR20xx series crimping die is included as standard, the other crimping die set is optional. Coin cell disassembly die and tablet pressing die can be optional.

● Stainless steel crimping die, anti-corrosion and durable

● It's desinged with crimping height limitation to avoid damage.

● Embedded pressure gauge designed to observe and accurately control sealing pressure.

● No liquid leakage and no vibration during battery sealing.

● Different die set can be optional, such as CR20xx/CR24xx crimping die, disassembly die, tablet pressing die etc. Easy to replace different die set.

● Small volume, convenient operation, it can operate inside the glove box.
