It is used for supercapacitor electrolyte filling. Vacuuming filling and pressurization working process is used, which features high consistency, reliability and safety of electrolyte absorption.
Features
• The special two-way pneumatic valve is used to avoid blockage, and the internal SUS 316 and PTFE materials are highly resistant to corrosion.
• The process of vacuuming, injection and standing under alternating vacuum and pressure features high efficiency and accuracy, and easy and reliable operation.
• The vacuuming time, high vacuum, low vacuum, injection volume, standing time, pressurization time, pressure and pressure relief time can be set.
• The connectors of the injection tank are made of stainless steel, with corrosion-resistant PE hoses. The whole machine is corrosion-resistant, and its body is made of 6 series aluminum alloy.
