Working Method Of Automatic Poultry Feeding System

Automatic poultry feeding system for chicken farm layer cage, the feed is distributed automatically to the feed carts from the feed silo by the spiral augers located in a pipe with 90-150mm diameter. Feed carts are moved by steel cables. Feed troughs are specially designed in order to distribute the feed in equal to reach tier and to prevent the feeds to be scattered outside the feed trough.

1 Hopper For Feeding Machine Each tier with two hoppers, thickness is 1.2mm, material is hot-dip galvanized steel
2 Traction Device Power of motor:0.75kw,tow rope: pp rope with 14mm, speed: 8.67m/minute.
3 Track of Trolley Hot-dip galvanized steel with 48mm*2.75mm.
4 Head and End Frame: Hot-dip galvanized steel with 40mm*60mm*3mm.
5 Operation Each row feeding machine can be operated seperately.
6 Auger Transverse The feeding trolley is conneted with the silo by the transverse feeding auger.
7 Application Suit for both A and H type chicken farm layer cage, chicken farm broiler cage, pullet cages etc.
