Processing1: The best material for cages are Q235A steel wires,all of the materials will be Q235A here for the cages from Silver Star, because its carbon content is 30, which is the best carbon structure steel to keep the wire's elasticity and hardness and then wire drawings will be made by processing by 6 times at least to keep the diameters of the wires must be 100% same.

Processing 2: the raw material Q235 A steel wire will be different diameters to make different parts of the layer cages.

Processing 3: most of chicken layer cage meshes are processed by automatic welding machine to keep the quality and specification 100%.

Processing 4: Galvanization by The electrical/hot dipped Galvanizing Production Line,all chicken cages and cage leg frames will be put into the Hot Dipped Galvanization Surface Treatment(450 Degree inside when working) to get more solid,durable cages and equipment.and the Electrical Galvanization made by automatic machine to keep all quality and standard 100% same because all processing controlled by computers.
