The layer chicken cage
Designed with fully overlapping upper and lower layers and a conveyor belt for chicken manure removal, the stacking type coop boasts high feeding density, accommodating 16 to 18 birds/m² in three-layer overlap and 18 to 20 birds/m² in four-layer overlap. Capable of exceeding 8 layers, it's ideal for highly mechanized farms, greatly improving feeding density, reducing farm space, and increasing staff efficiency.
Multi-layer coops can promote the health of chickens
Many poultry farmers do not achieve healthy results with their chickens because they ignore the benefits of multi-layer coops. These coops are effective in maintaining chicken health and boosting reproduction. High-quality multi-layer coops, unlike ordinary wire cages, have wire floors that facilitate fecal leakage, removing waste from the flock's vicinity and reducing the risk of fecal-borne diseases, thereby ensuring the health of the chickens and the interests of the farmers.
Increase egg production
Enrichment cages improve the productivity of healthy chickens, increasing their potential for egg production. It is estimated that 60% of eggs in products like mayonnaise, sandwiches, and cakes come from caged chickens, indicating that chickens are more likely to lay eggs in cages. Multi-layer cages are particularly preferred to support higher egg production.
Product introduction
The Henan Silver Star cage net, 1250 type frame layer cage, is applicable for laying and breeding hens. Each cage net is 650 mm long, 1250 mm wide, with a door measuring 650 mm long, 650 mm deep, and 500 mm high. The cage provides a large open space for maximum comfort and detailed structural precision to enhance welfare, accommodating up to 9 birds per door. Each chicken is allotted 452 square centimeters of space, and each cage net has a feeding capacity of 18 birds.
For three layers, each compartment can breed 54 birds. Each enclosure varies, with four layers housing 72 birds, five layers holding 90 birds, and six floors accommodating 108 birds. The most common setup is four layers. Optional multi-layer partition structures often feature eight layers (4+4) or nine layers (3+3+3). These configurations lower housing costs and improve overall value. To learn more about related products and automatic equipment, please inquire.
