The layer chicken cage
This stacking type coop features fully overlapping upper and lower layers with a conveyor belt for manure removal. It offers high feeding density, housing 16 to 18 birds/m² in three-layer full overlap and 18 to 20 birds/m² in four-layer full overlap. With the ability to reach over 8 layers, it is ideal for highly mechanized chicken farms, significantly increasing feeding density, reducing floor space, and enhancing feeding staff productivity.
Multi-layer coops can promote the health of chickens
Many poultry farmers fail to achieve healthy results with their chickens because they overlook the use of multi-layer coops. These coops are excellent for maintaining chicken health and promoting reproduction. Unlike ordinary wire cages, high-quality multi-layer coops feature a wire floor designed for fecal leakage, which removes feces from around the flock and minimizes the risk of fecal-borne diseases, thereby protecting the farmers' interests.
Increase egg production
Healthy chickens tend to be more productive, and enrichment cages help maximize their egg production potential. Estimates reveal that 60% of eggs in products like mayonnaise, sandwiches, and cakes come from caged chickens, indicating a higher likelihood of egg laying in cages. Multi-layer cages are thus preferred to boost egg production.
Product introduction
Introducing Henan Silver Star cage net, model 1250 type frame layer cage, suitable for laying hens and breeding hens. Each cage net measures 650 mm in length, 1250 mm in width, with one door per net. Each door is 650 mm long, 650 mm deep, and 500 mm high. The design provides ample open space for maximum comfort, precise structural details to enhance welfare, and accommodates up to 9 birds per door. Each chicken has an area of 452 square centimeters, and the feeding capacity for each cage net is 18 birds.
In a three-layer structure, each compartment has a breeding capacity of 54 birds. Enclosure capacities vary: four layers hold 72 birds, five layers hold 90 birds, and six floors hold 108 birds. Four layers are the most common configuration. Multi-layer partition structures are optional, typically featuring eight layers (4+4) or nine layers (3+3+3). These designs help reduce housing costs and enhance value. For more information on related products and automatic equipment, feel free to inquire.
