1. Scissor structure
The mechanical principle of the scissor lift work platform mainly relies on its unique scissor structure. The structure is made up of two sets of staggered telescopic arms. When the upper arm unfolds, the lower arm also unfolds, causing the entire platform to rise, and vice versa.
2. Hydraulic system
Scissor lift work platforms use a hydraulic system to control their lifting and lowering. Hydraulic pumps generate high pressure by transporting liquid, and hydraulic cylinders convert high pressure into mechanical power. The control valve can control the hydraulic flow delivered by the hydraulic pump, while the cylinder converts hydraulic energy into lifting power for the platform. This hydraulic system is not only more stable, but also has better lift control performance.
