Electric 5t rail platform for sale with electric remote control

Product brief

The whole rail platform is composed of motor, reducer, electric appliance and wheels. Due to more parts, compared with other carts, it has large size. But it travels flexibly.

The functions of the rail platforms including go forward and backward,turn left and right, adjust speed button, indicator light, electric indicator light and other control buttons.

KPX series rail platform is battery powered. The batteries are installed in the carts. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system.

The motorised rail platform is applied in metal industry factory to transfer large dimension steel plate, steel structure. The transport cart is remote control, it is convenient to operate.

It is suitable to application with not so long running distance, high using frequency. It has no time limit.


The main parts of steel plant rail platform is cart frame, motor, reducer, cable drum, electric appliance, etc.

These kind of rail platform is applied to transfer heavy steel or aluminum coils. In order to inviod the steel coils falling down from the transfer cart, we designed a V-frame. It can protect the coils also the security. We can recommend you the direction of the V-frame according to the coils.
