1. driving device

The driving device is composed of motor and reducer. the motor is yz series lifting metallurgy motor, with insulation grade of f and protection grade of ip44. the power of the motor can be selected according to the rated tonnage of the electric flat cart. the reducer adopts the heavy-duty standard of the lifting and transportation industry, and is specially used for the axle holding type flat cart with hard tooth surface. it has compact structure, high reliability, good universality and convenient installation and maintenance. gears are made by carburizing, quenching and grinding, and are produced by well-known professional manufacturers.

2. wheel set

the wheel is zg55, with overall quenching, hardness of wheel tread and inner side of wheel flange hb320-380 and depth of 20mm; the axle is quenched and tempered with 45 steel, the bearing seat is zg45, and the bearing is radial roller bearing. the axial automatic micro alignment of the bearing can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of flat car under no-load and full load and the deviation of lateral parallelism of track, ensure the balance of flat car running on the track, and improve the service life. after the wheel is assembled, it can rotate flexibly.

3. cables

4. control box:

the on-board control cabinet is installed on the lower side of the frame of the electric flat cart to play a protective role. electrical components are imported brands. the control system is equipped with leakage protection switch, overload protection and emergency power-off control elements, and the control circuit is set to 36v safety voltage. the whole set of electrical equipment has power distribution protection, short circuit protection, over-current protection, voltage loss protection, zero protection, emergency power-off protection, safety signs, etc., which ensure the transmission performance, control performance, protection performance safety, accuracy and reliability, and safe parking in emergency.
