1. Introduction of the heavy duty die cart

The bwp heavy duty die cart produced by Xinxiang Hundred Percent Electrical And Mechanical Co., Ltd. fills the blank of this special working condition cart. the heavy duty cart is different from the ordinary trackless transfer cart. 1. the standard configuration of ordinary trackless vehicle is: handle, remote control, warning light, stop in case of person, handle wire sleeve protection, protect the wear of handle wire, increase the use safety and service life of handle. 2. new functions are added to the mold carrier: (1) the handle and remote control can directly control the acceleration and deceleration of the mold carrier. (2) for the sake of safety and energy saving, an unmanned operation has been added to the electrical part of the mold carrier. after 5 minutes, the mold carrier will automatically power off. if the vehicle needs to run again, the start button of the mold carrier must be restarted (3) if the battery power drops to 20%, there will be a warning light flashing alarm and the car will stop, which can protect the battery, avoid battery power loss and reduce the service life of the battery. mold carrier is generally suitable for use in the workshop after the workshop is built, but the track has not been laid. the use of mold carrier reduces the occupancy of workshop space.
