2. Details of each composition

● Roll forming main machine
a. Coil width: 101mm and 110mm
b. Working speed: 15m/min (not contain cutting)
c. Roller station: about 6 stations include embossing rollers, double track rollers set
d. Material of roller: 45# steel, heat treatment
e. Material of main shaft: 45# steel, diameter of roller is 70mm
f. Main power: 5.5KW motor (built in machine)
g. Forming thickness: 0.45-0.55mm and Q235mpa
h. Transmission: by single chains 1.2 inch
i. Feeding and guide: surface polished and coated with chrome
j. Machine adopt new station
k. Cutting:
- cutting after forming: cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
- cutting motion: the main machine automatically stops and the cutting will take place, after the cutting, the main machine will automatically start
- material of blade: CR12with heat treatment
- length measuring: automatic length measuring
- tolerance of length: 3m+/- 1.5mm

● Uncoiler a. Capability: 3 Ton b. Bound of expand & fight: 450-510mm c. Mode of expand & fight: inner expand & fight by manual d. Way of feeding: manual

● Control panel - Panasonic (main parts are built in bottom of machine except for touch Screen) a. Voltage, frequency and phase: machine need to accept 380V/ 3Ph/ 50Hz b. Automatic length measurement c. Automatic quantity measurement d. Computer used to control length & quantity, machine will automatically cut to length and stop when required quantity is achieved e. Length inaccuracy can be amended easily f. Control panel: button-type switch and touch screen g. Unit of length: millimeter (switched on the control panel)

● Hydraulic station a. Hydraulic station power: 3 kw
	● Manual out table a. Jointed by 60*40mm tube b. Size: 1000mm*800mm*600-1000mm c. One out table with three support rollers

3. Character of main structure

● The structure is simple and the appearance of the machine is beautiful because we adopt the shape-steel structure and process as a whole after welding. It has the ability of strong loading and stable operation when running the machine.
