This set of HDCY integrated treatment equipment consists of a high-efficiency reactor, two high-efficiency cyclone clarifiers and a precision interceptor. It has a designed processing capacity of 30m³/h, is arranged outdoors, has an installed power of 19kw, and covers an area of ​​only 40 ㎡, the entire system adopts DCS centralized control. The suspended solids in the effluent are less than 53 ppm. All kinds of heavy metals, sulfides and other pollutants meet the standard water quality requirements of "DL/T997-2006". The clean water flows to the clean water pool for reuse, and the underflow concentration is higher than 25%. , is pumped to the underflow box of the gypsum cyclone to mix with the gypsum slurry, and then is deeply dehydrated by the vacuum belt conveyor before being transported out. The entire system process is simple, the construction period is short, only one kind of agent is added, and the investment and operating costs are low.
