Note:

01. If the fluidity of the adhesive is not good, it can be indirectly heated and then used. It is forbidden to use open fire or electric furnace to heat the adhesive to prevent it from burning. Good adhesion, can be used indirectly heating, prohibit the use of open fire or electric furnace heating, with square adhesive fire burning.

02. After coating the adhesive, quickly insert the pipe into the fitting with a slight rotation, and push it to the appropriate position, and rotate 1/4 turns to ensure that the Angle and position of the interface are correct.

03. After plugging, the adhesive extruded from the outside of the component should be wiped clean in time, otherwise the accumulated adhesive will easily cause the local subgrade of the pipe.

04. Components should be fixed for a certain time (>24h) before use, and stress or forced loading should be avoided during the static curing time. When the environmental quality is low, the placement time and curing time should be appropriately extended to avoid loosening.
05. After the bonding work is completed, the adhesive bottle cap should be closed in time to prevent the subsequent performance of the product from being affected by the volatilization of the solvent.

06. Adhesive shelf life :12 months, please use as soon as possible after opening. If there is a slight yellowing phenomenon during the shelf life, can still use.

Note: A thicker layer of adhesive should be applied to the outside of the socket (about 0.5mm, avoid excessive). A thinner layer of adhesive should be applied to the inside of the socket. If it is dry before bonding, another layer of adhesive should be applied.
