Hydrostatic pressure & bursting testing machine for plastic pipes

Summary:

The hydrostatic testing machine fully complies with the requirements of GB/T6111, ISO 1167-1, GB/T15560, ASTM D1598, ASTM D1599 standards, and is suitable for hydrostatic pressure test and bursting test on various plastic pipes for fluid transportation. The product has the characteristics of simple structure, high precision, good stability and convenient operation. It is an essential testing instrument for quality inspection departments of various research institutes and pipe manufacturers.

Features:

1.The machinr is controlled by Industrial Personal Computer.

2.Every station controls separately. The most station can reach 50.

3.It can do hydrostatic test, bursting test, 8760 test and so on.

4.The pressure can be from 3 to 10MPa.

5.It can distinguish eight testing condition including pressure up, pressure down, pressure compensation, pressure exceeding, running, ending, leakage, and exploding. And also it can judge both effective and ineffective time parameters automatically. (The effective time means the time of the pressure within the setting pressure.)

Standards:

Comply with GB/T 6111-2003, GB/T 15560-95, GB/T 18997.1-2003, GB/T 18997.2-2003, IS0 1167-2006, ASTM D1598-2004 and ASTM D1599.
Principle:
Input the pipe ring stress, wall thickness, average outside diameter and other parameters on the PC, the system automatically calculates the test pressure, and transmits the data to the lower computer (MCU embedded system) through the RS232 serial port. The machine automatically carries on constant pressure to the pipeline, and the high pressure pump generates high pressure liquid pressure source. After the pressure control system is completed, the high-pressure hose is delivered to the sample in the culture medium incubator, and the pipe is subjected to a long-term hydraulic test or a burst test.
