1. Application

WAW-series microcomputer control electro-hydraulic servo universal test machine adopts oil cylinder down type and four column host, which is mainly used for stretching, compression, bending and shear test of metal and non-metal. It is suitable for metallurgy, construction, light industry, aviation, aerospace, materials, colleges and universities, scientific research units and other fields. The test operation and data processing shall comply with the requirements of GB228-2010.

2.Characteristic

1) Two columns and two screws.

2) The main engine adopts the lower cylinder type, the stretching space is located above the main engine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower cross beam of the main engine and the workbench.

3) Control method of rate testing: auto control.

4) Hydraulic wedge clamping.

5) The testing results can be automatically stored, and the testing report,including the testing data and testing curve would be generated and printed automatically.

When the test force exceeds 2%-5% of the maximum test force of each file, overload protection, it will stop.
When the piston rises to the upper limit position, travel protection, pump motor will stop.
