DJC-1 Single wire cable vertical combustor

Scope of application

The vertical combustion tester of single wire and cable is mainly used to evaluate the combustible properties of single wire and cable with conductor diameter greater than 0.8 mm or cross section area of not less than 0.5 mm2). The main purpose of this instrument is to evaluate the combustible properties of single wire and cable.Suitable for the research, production and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic products and their components such as lighting equipment, low voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motors, electric tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors and accessories.

Functional characteristics of products

A single wire and cable vertical combustion test is to use a specified size of Bensheng lamp (Bunsen burner) and a specific gas source (propane), according to a certain flame height and a certain flame angle to the vertical state of the test samples the test sample ignited, burning duration and burning length to assess its flammability and fire risk.
