Building materials noncombustible test furnace
Scope of application
The test furnace is developed according to the technical indicators and requirements specified in the national standard GB/T5464-2010.
It is applicable to the test method for assessing the combustion performance of building materials under laboratory conditions and to test the combustion performance grade of grade A fire proof materials in the GB8624 combustion performance grade of building materials.
Product function characteristics
1. Microcomputer technology and silicon controllable technology are used to adjust the furnace body temperature through power.
2. Double control mode: the operation can be controlled on the touch screen, or on the computer, and the operation mode can be easily switched;One device can operate several computers at the same time, but several computers online at the same time, can realize LAN sharing; (users bring their own computer, printer; upper computer software, router, network cable we will issue with the equipment).
3. High degree of automation, show and record the surface temperature of the furnace, sample center and sample during the test, and the test steps will automatically jump out of the operation prompt.
4. The historical curve can be queried to automatically judge the temperature balance.
5. The test process is safe and reliable and convenient for operation.
6. Custom version of the mold forming refractory furnace, good heat insulation performance.
7. Using high-quality bar heaters, the furnace temperatures can rise to 900℃.
8. PLC+NAbview professional software displays the in-furnace temperature, sample center temperature and sample surface temperature curve in real time, which can realize automatic control, data collection and processing, data preservation and output measurement results.
9. The top is equipped with an observation mirror to facilitate the user to observe the combustion state of the sample in the furnace.
10. Resettlement thermocouple, sample center thermocouple, sample surface thermocouple in the furnace;
11.Thermocouple scanner with 360 degrees rotatable and lifting.
12.Stainless steel inverted conical air stabilizer and cylinder guide shield.
13.The software automatically controls the heating rate and controls the furnace body temperature in stages.
