Features and uses:
This machine meets the data of T10, T30, T50, T60 and T90 of GB / T16584 rotor-less vulcanization instrument for rubber ——, ISO6502 requirement and Italian standard. The machine is used to determine the characteristics of unvulcanized rubber and find out the most suitable vulcanization time of rubber. The machine adopts imported intelligent digital temperature control meter, simple adjustment and setting, wide temperature control range, high control accuracy, its stability, reproducibility and accuracy are better than the general rotor vulcanization meter. Computer control and interface board for data acquisition, save, processing and print test results to make the function more powerful. Fully shows its highly automated characteristics. Also has the curve comparison, amplification and other functions. The application of WINDOWS series operating system platform, the use of graphical image software operation interface, so that the digital processing is more accurate, so that the user test operation is simple, fast, flexible, convenient maintenance.
