Rotor-free vulcanizer real-Time Monitoring of Vulcanization Process with Computer Controlled Rubber Testing Instruments
Uses:
Rotor-free vulcanizing instrument is the most widely used instrument in rubber processing industry to control rubber quality, rapid inspection and rubber basic research. It provides accurate data for the rubber optimization formula combination, and can accurately measure the burning time, positive canation time, vulcanization index, maximum and minimum torque and other parameters.
Main performance features:
1. Vulcanization curve and upper and lower cavity temperature curve can be printed at the same time;
2. Print data is complete, practical, can be stored, and has statistical analysis function; (ML, MH, T10, T30, T50, T70, T90, TS1, TS2, VC1, VC2, factory name, glue number, date, etc.)

Working principle:
Place the rubber sample into an almost completely enclosed mold cavity and maintain it at the test temperature. The mold cavity has two parts, the upper and lower parts, and the lower part undergoes a small linear reciprocating motion (oscillation), which generates shear strain on the sample. Measure the reaction force torque (force) of the sample on the mold cavity, and the magnitude of the torque (force) depends on the shear modulus of the adhesive. After starting the vulcanization test, the shear modulus of the sample increases, and the computer machine displays and records the torque (force) in real time. When the torque (force) rises to a stable or maximum value and returns to the state, the relationship curve between torque (force) and time, namely the vulcanization curve, is obtained. The shape of the curve is related to the test temperature and the characteristics of the tape.
