The hydrostatic testing machine for pipes is intended to measure two critical parameters of thermoplastic and composite pipes—including PP-R, PP-B, PPA, PE, PE-X, PVC (UPVC, CPVC), steel-reinforced polyethylene, and aluminum-plastic composite pipes: 1) the time to failure under sustained constant internal pressure and temperature; 2) the maximum instantaneous bursting pressure during sudden rupture. Serving as an essential testing instrument, it is widely employed by plastic pipe producers and independent testing institutions to assess the pressure-bearing capacity and structural integrity of various pipelines.

This hydrostatic and burst testing system is designed for testing various pipes/fittings—PP, PE, PVC, PPR, PB, PERT included—under two key conditions:

2. User-Friendly Operation: Features include intuitive controls for easy setup/operation, minimal maintenance needs to maximize uptime, and safety safeguards like automatic pressure cutoff and emergency stops to protect operators.

3. Advanced Data Acquisition: Utilizes precision technology to generate detailed pressure-time and pressure-temperature curves, ensuring accurate, repeatable results. Compliant with international standards (ISO1167, ISO9080, EN921, ASTMD1598/1599, ISO13479), it’s a versatile tool for quality control and regulatory compliance.

Product Characteristics:

1.Operating terminal with touch screen or PC for test parameter settings.
2.On less than 1m2 area, up to 50 different pressures including the pressure water supply.
3.It is intelligent to distinguish the size and material of specimen, then provide optimized pressure rising solution and algorithm.
