Screw conveyor is a kind of continuous transportation equipment. It uses a rotating screw to transport the transported material along the fixed housing, which is like the nut stuck when the screw rotates and can only move transversely along the screw, and the force that causes the material not to rotate with the screw is the gravity of the material and the friction force on the housing.

7. The material is easy to grind and wear in the process of transportation, and the wear of spiral blade and material groove is also more serious.
U-type screw conveyor is widely used in chemical, metallurgy, paper making, and construction industries. The equipment is suitable for field flowing work, such as concrete mixing station, bulk material transit storage and etc.
U-type screw conveyor is made up of screw part, bearing part and driving devices. Screw part is supported by both ends of bearing and middle bearing and driven by driving devices. When the screw conveyor operate, handling material will come into the feed chute by inlet, then do axial movement along the chute under the action of rotate screw until out of the outlet.
