This Sidewall belt conveyor with corrugated shield, in particular applied in conveying material in big inclination, for it with corrugated shield and horizontal clapboard belt. And it can widely used in coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum, port, mechanical etc to convey all kinds of bulk materials and the piece.
Density of handled bulk materials 500~2500kg/m3, max inclination is 90°, max lump size is 550mm, lump of handled should depends on belt width, belt speed, clapboard height and inclination.
Ambient temperature generally -25~+40℃, material temperature to be handled should be under 50℃. It should take other measures for special requirement such as heat resistant, proof cold, resistant retard, resistant acid and alkali, resistant abrasion, proof explosion, proof water etc.
No spillage at the steep angle when transfer bulk material.

Belt conveyors are not allowed to overload run.
All safe alarming should be in good condition.
Walkway of emergency switch should be free. The switch should be regular inspected to see whether they are in good condition.
All transition load point should have enough light facilities.
Fence should be provided under gravity type tensioning devices and the area where man easily access.
