DN300 Discharge Rotary Valve Bulk Material With Speed Reducer

Discharge Rotary Valve is equipped with an speed reducer. And it connects the main shaft with the output shaft rigidly, driving the main shaft and impeller to rotate. The main shaft and impeller rotate simultaneously with the motor’s rotating on the impeller. By the way, the impeller is assembled by adjustable blades with abrasion resistance and the clearance between the impeller and the casing can be adjusted.


Feature:

(1) By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and output are on the same axis and are directly connected with the motor, so it has compact structure, beautiful and novel shape, small volume and light weight

( 2) Smooth operation, low noise, few faults, long service life, gear parts are made of nodular cast iron and bearing steel. Good performance and high reliability

( 3) The bearing, gear box and are far away from the valve body to avoid the influence of high-temperature dust. The front and rear end covers have good sealing performance to prevent dust leakage and prolong the service life of motor parts and lubrication system

( 4) The machine has overload and small inertia moment. It is suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation
