Tubular screw conveyor, also known as screw feeder, is mainly used for conveying powdery and granular materials between inclined rooms. The maximum feeding size is less than 5mm. It has the characteristics of lightness, quietness and airtightness. It can be customized according to user requirements. Diameter, different length, different inclination, and can be equipped with a speed regulating motor to continuously adjust the speed to achieve the purpose of quantitative feeding.

The screw conveyor uses the rotating screw to move the conveyed material along the fixed casing to carry out the conveying work. The head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the casing. The hanging bearing adopts a sliding bearing and is equipped with a dust-proof sealing device. The bearing bush is generally used Powder metallurgy, the conveying cement adopts felt bearing bushes, and the suspension shaft and the screw shaft are connected by sliding blocks.
1. The screw conveyor should start without load, that is, start when there is no material in the shell, and start feeding the screw conveyor after starting. Before and after driving, you should always check whether the reducer is in smooth transmission. If there is any abnormality, stop and check immediately and try your best to eliminate it. Check the condition of the screw cover and whether there are sediments or other sundries in the screw. It is forbidden to drive when the screw is blocked.
2. During the initial feeding of the screw conveyor, the feeding speed should be gradually increased until the rated conveying capacity is reached. The feeding should be uniform, otherwise it is easy to cause the congestion of the conveyed materials, the overload of the driving device, and the entire machine will be damaged early.
3. In order to ensure the no-load start of the screw conveyor, the conveyor should stop feeding before stopping, and stop running after the material in the casing is completely discharged.
4. Do not mix hard and bulky materials into the conveyed materials to avoid screw jams and damage to the screw machine.
5. In use, check the working status of the various parts of the screw machine frequently, pay attention to whether the fasteners are loose, if you find that the parts are loose, you should immediately tighten the screws to re-tighten them.
6. Special attention should be paid to whether the screws between the screw connection shafts are loose, dropped or cut. If such a phenomenon is found, the machine should be stopped immediately and corrected. If the blades are worn out, replace the spiral blades. If abnormal noise or high temperature is found during work, please stop the machine for inspection.
7. The cover of the screw conveyor should not be removed when the machine is running. All personnel are forbidden to cross the equipment during the operation of the screw conveyor, open the cover, and do not allow human bodies or other sundries to enter the inside of the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to carry out maintenance and overhaul operations while the equipment is in operation. When the equipment is overhauled, the regulations for power-off, lockout and tag-out must be strictly followed, and two-way verification must be carried out to avoid accidents.
8. During the no-load test run, the bearing should not leak oil, and the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 20°C. During the load test, the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 30°C.
