Introduction
The corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is composed of corrugated sidewall belt, driving device, transmission pulley, return pulley, redirecting wheel, idler roller, cleaner, tensioning device, frame etc.
Corrugated sidewall belt
The corrugated sidewall conveyor belt plays the role of traction and bearing in the sidewall machine. It is composed of a base belt, a corrugated rib and a transverse partition. The corrugated rib is glued on both sides of the base tape, and the transverse partition is glued between the ribs on both sides according to a certain interval;
Drive device
The driving device is the power part of the sidewall machine, which can be driven by electric drum and motor reducer.
Transmission pulley
The function of the drive roller is to transmit the power of the driving device to the conveyor belt through friction and make it run. The driving drum is located at the head of the sidewall machine. When the electric drum is used as the driving device, the electric drum plays the role of the driving drum.
Return pulley
The function of the return pulley is to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. The return pulley of the sidewall machine is located at the tail or the lower branch of the concave arc frame. The tail reversing roller is also used as a tension roller.
Idler roller
The idler is used to support the conveyor belt and the materials on the conveyor belt and make it run stably.
Clearner
The clearner is used to clean the materials adhering to the conveyor belt. There are head clearner and tail clearner.
Tensioning device
The function of the tensioning device is to tension the conveyor belt so that it has the working tension required to ensure normal operation.
frame
The function of the frame is to support the rollers, redirect wheels, and guide troughs to make the conveyor belt and conveying materials run stably.
The frame has a convex arc section frame, a concave arc section frame, a middle frame and outriggers.
