Description

PVC PVG whole core flame retardant belt heat vulcanized joint compound

Operating procedure of the whole core with joints:

1. Put the beam column, water plate and the lower plate of the curing machine in order to set up the working platform. Find a right angle, cut one end of the belt into full edges, and fix the belt with a G-shaped card;

2. Make a mark from the two sides of the right-angle rubber to the middle of the belt. Bounce the break line on the two marks, then find the middle point on the right line and the break line, make a mark, and then mark 20 mm apart in sequence The split line is popped up with the elastic line on the corresponding number of the broken line and the right angle line;

3. Heat the upper and lower vulcanization boards until the belt is soft, cut the tooth line, and then grind the break and the tooth part evenly. After cleaning with a cleaning agent, lay the rubber flat and then paint sk833;

4. After the retaining iron is fixed on the side of the joint, fix the vulcanization plate and the beam and column, fill the water with a test pump, insert the heating wire into the vulcanization plate to start heating;

5. After vulcanization is completed, release the vulcanizing machine water pressure when the vulcanizing temperature drops to 70 ℃, and then dismantle the vulcanizing machine.
