During the operation of the belt conveyor, due to the block weight, drop, and equipment failure, the surface of the tape is damaged or penetrated, and the core layer is exposed and leaking. It must be repaired in time, and the repairer can be used to repair the vulcanization of the tape surface after the transportation is stopped.

Instructions:

1. Transfer the parts of the repairing machine to the repair location.

2. Fill in the damage (see the filling part of the vulcanization process of the tape joint, or the demonstration by the service personnel of the factory when the equipment is commissioned).

3. Place the rack (lower frame) under the belt and align it with the damaged part, and place the water pressure plate and the lower heating plate directly under the damaged part.

4. Place the upper heating plate directly under the damaged part of the tape, place the heat insulation board, and put it on the upper frame (Note: XBG low pressure, the frame is integrated).

5. Install the screw and tighten.

6. Connect the power supply and the electric control box with one wire, connect the heating and electric control box, the lower heating plate and the electric control box with the secondary wires respectively, connect the heating plate, the electric control box and the lower heating plate with the temperature measuring components respectively. When connecting with the electric control box, pay attention to the corresponding sign on the electric control box.

7. Connect the water pressure plate and the pressure test pump with a high-pressure hose, then open the electric control box (see the XBG electric control box operation method for details), and fill the water pressure plate with water to the vulcanization pressure.
