TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT VULCANIZER

• Waterbag (also can use air pressure) Press for 200PSI etc. surface pressure for textile and steel cord belts, Up to 1.8Mpa.
• 200 p.s.i. (14 kg/cm sq.) units suitable for splicing steelcord conveyor belting
• Max Belt width: from 650mm to 3000mm
• Different heating platen size and combination.
• Degree of the heating platen: 22 degree bias angle or 17 degree, 20 degree, rectangle and other degree is optional.
• Power Voltage: 380V. 660V. 480V. 440V. 415V. 400V or 220V
• Vulcanizing temperature:145ºC (adjustable 0~200ºC)
• Temperature-rising time (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature): no more than 50 min, accords to different conditions, actually, normal conditions, is around 25~30 mins.
• Improved cooling system, when use pressure pump for cooling, cooling time only 5mins (cooling from 145 to 75 degrees)

HEATING PLATEN OF RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT VULCANIZER

Custom extruded plank, silicone heating elements (up to 180°C/356°F), and durable composite insulating packaging are used to construct a flexible platen that contours to belt irregularities.
It takes 15~25mins rise up to vulcanizing temperature (about 145°C).
The flush "quick connect" make smooth profile. Recessed power connections are sealed for moisture resistance.

COOLING SYSTEM OF RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT VULCANIZER (Option Available)
Custom "Extruded Plank" cooling system within platens is made by several cuprum pipelines, it only takes about 20mins to drop the temperature down to 60°C.

PRESSURE PUMP OF RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT VULCANIZER
Automatic mute pressure pump own the features as smaller size, lighter weight and high impact-resistance. Compared with the manual pump, the operating pressure can be 23kg/cm2 (2.3MPa).
