Step 1: Use clamps of suitable size to clamp both ends of the strap to avoid slipping; pull the strap tightly with a chain and place it at a low place; overlap the two ends of the prepared joint to mark its center line, and lay the two sides flat for To prevent the joint from bending, it is recommended to measure the straightness with a 25m nylon wire; subtract the joint length to verify that the belt circumference is accurate
Step 2: Determine the running direction of the rack, and mark the joints according to the running direction;
Step 3: Overlap the joints at both ends of the natural rubber conveyor belt, and the overlapping length is the belt width;
Step 4: Determine the center of the natural rubber conveyor belt, the length should be greater than the overlapping distance, so that the reference mark for inspection after the joint is completed, and three center points are determined in the center of the conveyor belt;
Step 5: Use a square ruler to determine the angle of inclination and then peel off the heads at both ends. One side peels off the steps along the working surface, and the other side peels off the steps along the non-working surface to form a corresponding layer. When peeling off the steps, you can use a wallpaper knife to gently cut the rubber surface or cloth layer. Use a screwdriver to push the shovel into layers, and then use a vise to tear it open one by one;
Step 6: The surface of the rubber and cloth layer needs to be polished to increase the contact area; use ethyl acetate or gasoline to remove dirt and keep the belt surface clean; pay attention to avoid polishing or scorching during polishing;
Step 7: Both steps are evenly coated with vulcanized glue; the cross section of the head cover glue must also be painted, and the glue must be painted on both sides of the steps;
Step 8: After the glue solvent has evaporated, the interlayer adhesive sheet can be laid. It should be noted that the film should be flattened, and no glue deficiency is allowed, and then cut off the excess part of the edge;
Step 9: The joint cover must be coated with glue and sealed with the same quality of cover tape, and the same is true on both sides of the belt edge. Sufficient edge glue must be filled and separated with non-woven fabric or old newspaper;
Step 10: The joint part must use a horn, and the thickness of the horn should be 1 to 2 mm less than the thickness of the joint belt body to ensure that the width and pressure of the belt body are uniform;
Step 11: After installing the upper hot plate, start to heat up and pressurize, and start timing when the temperature reaches 145 degrees Celsius;
Step 12: After the vulcanization is completed, wait for the temperature to drop below 80°C before taking out the natural rubber conveyor belt, and at the same time check whether the center line is in a straight line.

However, from a practical point of view, due to the difficulty in mastering the process conditions, and the quality of the adhesive has a great influence on the joints. So not very stable.

Main Componets:
A. Automatic pressure pump with pressure gauge, allows easy application of pressure up to 200PSI. For steel-cord belting, standard will be auto pressure pump. After use new cooling system in the heating platen, now also use pressure pump for cooling.
B. Cooling pump , when work with air compressor, air pressure, no pressure pump, such cooling pump can used for cooling. (Pls note that, if have any special requirements of the cooling pump working voltage, pls inform us before order, standard voltage is 220V single phase)
