Conveyor Belt Hot Vulcanizing Machine Advantages

1 . Heating plate

Custom extruded wood panels, silicone heating elements (up to 180°C/356°F) and durable composite insulation packaging were used to build a flexible board with irregular contours to the belt. The heating element is composed of a whole piece of silica gel plate without any splicing points, which ensures sufficient and uniform heating and rapid temperature rise. It takes 15-25 minutes to rise to the curing temperature (about 145°C). Rinse “Quick Connect” to smooth the contours. The groove power connection is sealed and moisture-proof

2 . Pressure system

Since 2004, RUNNING MACHINE has developed the “Pressure Bag” uniform pressure system, which is an innovation of outdated heavy press bags. It is 4 times lighter than the outdated pressure bag.

A whole piece of vulcanized rubber is used for sealing, isolation, rust prevention, without any splicing area, ensuring safety during the operation.

The pressure bag can be fully expanded in one time to ensure that the uniform pressure reaches 3.0MPa, which fully meets the requirements of belt vulcanization.

For outdated press bags, the thickness of the press bag frame is only 2cm instead of 5cm, which increases the pressure area.

3 . Water pressure pump

Automatic silent pressure pump has the characteristics of small size, light weight and high,Impact resistance and twice faster water injection speed. Compared with manual pumps, the operating pressure can reach 23kg/cm2 (2.3MPa) and exceed 300P.S.I.

The pump includes gauges for liquid level and pressure. Larger presses can easily add additional reservoirs. It can be upgraded to explosion-proof.

4 . Cooling System (Free of charge)

The custom “extruded plate” cooling system is made of several copper pipes, and it only takes about 20 minutes to bring the temperature down to 60°.

5. Automatic control box

The New-Style automatic electric control box is insulating and waterproof. With automatic temperature control, the system will warm up automatically to the setting temperature. When vulcanizing time’s up, the control box will ring an alarm and automatically switch off the power. In addition , the control box can monitor the temperature of 3-5 different points on each heating platen at the same time to ensure the result of joining. The voltage of electric control box can be 1140V, 660V, 450V, 415V, 380V, 220V… as your requirement.

6. Other Accessories
