Working Principles of Bottle Conveyor

The cap feeder uses vibrators to make caps dropped from cap storage device. Then the air blower blows caps to the hopper along pipelines. After that, the caps will spirally drop into cap-arrange device.

The optoelectronic switch is installed in the cap-arrange device. When the quantity of caps is not sufficient, it will send signals to start air blower and vibrator.

After that, the blower blows the lid onto the hopper. When the number of covers is sufficient, the vibrator will not work. The blower will continue to blow the remaining lids towards the funnel for one second to ensure that there are no lids in the pipe. When the bottle cap arrangement device does not rotate, the bottle cap feeding system will not work.
